(Havre) – On September 17th at 4:54 am Havre Police received a call where a vehicle, a red Dodge 1500, was reported stolen from 200 Block 2nd Street West.
Officer investigated the call and a few hours later found the missing Dodge parked on the 500 Block 7th Avenue. It was discovered that the perpetrator was Hance Indian Three Irons who was found intoxicated with the vehicle. Police suspect Three Irons committed the crime while under the influence.
Three Irons was arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft, and driving under the influence with an undetermined alcohol level.
