POSTPONEMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND CLOSURES DUE TO COVID-19

  • 2020 H-Line Winter Brew Fest Saturday, March 28 is canceled until further notice
  • Chinook’s City Hall will be closed to the public until further notice. Please use the drop box to drop off payments. If you need to speak with someone at City Hall, please call 357-3160
  • The Hill County Health Department is closed to the public. Their office will be focusing on essential public health services. To contact them, call 400-2415
  • Family Connections Child Care Services in Great Falls and Havre are closed to the public, but staff is still working and available to communicate. Their number is 265-6743
  • The upcoming Hi-Line District Scouts Adult Pinewood Derby scheduled for April 4 has been canceled
  • The Hill County Court House will be locked starting Thursday, March 19 at 8:00 a.m. The Hill County Commissioners are asking the public to call and make an appointment with anyone in the office they need to see. The Court House Phone 265-5481
  • Governor Steve Bullock has issued a stay at home order for non-essential travel and businesses. It begins at 12:01 AM Saturday, March 28 and is set to expire on April 10
  • The Canadian border is closed for non-essential travel
  • The Hill County Senior Center will be closed until it is cleared by the Department of Health. Meals on Wheels will continue to deliver meals for the homebound. Other senior citizens may be added onto meal delivery or they may call in before 10 AM to order a meal and pick it up themselves at the center
  • Montana Veterans Affair have canceled their outreach for the month of April until further notice
  • All Montana K-12 Public Schools will be closed through at least April 10
  • Box Elder Public Schools are closed indefinitely
  • All Havre Public Schools Personnel are directed to remain home unless contacted to do otherwise. Grab and Go Breakfast will be available at Lincoln McKinley, and Highland park from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Lunch will be available from 11:00-1:00 p.m.
  • Northern Montana Child Development Center is closed through at least April 10. Please call 265-6743 and ask for Executive Director Carilla French if you have questions
  • Havre-Hill County Library and Havre Community Pool will be closed through at least April 10
  • Van Orsdel United Methodist Church has canceled all worship services, committee meetings and group activities until further notice
  • First Lutheran Church Preschool will be closed until April 13. All services and activities are put on hold for the month of March. Wednesday services will potentially be streamed on Facebook and Sunday services will still air at 11 AM on KOJM
  • The Chippewa Cree Wellness Center is closed until further notice
  • All Hi-Line District Council of Scouts events between now and April 30 have been postponed. New dates will be announced as more information is available
  • Bear Paw Development is suspending all travel and are closing their Havre office to the public until further notice
  • The Fort Belknap Indian Community has postponed all community events, except for funerals, until further notice and is enforcing a 10 PM curfew
  • The Havre Police Protective Association’s Aaron Tippin Concert on April 9th has been postponed indefinitely
  • The annual Harlem Golf Course Banquet will be postponed until sometime in June. Those with questions can call Tim or Don Richman at 353-2213
  • All campus gatherings of 20 or more people at MSU-Northern have been canceled or postponed. This includes the Montana Actors Theatre production of Mamma Mia!
  • Sweet Medical Center in Harlem is closed until at least April 13 in order to protect vulnerable populations
  • Blaine County Health Department is suspending in-office nursing services, including blood pressure checks, walk in immunizations and injection services until further notice
  • Northern Montana Hospital and Health Care are currently closed to visitors and the doors are locked. If you need assistance entering, call 265-2211
  • Northern Montana Pharmacy has canceled deliveries for the next two weeks. the Drive Through remains open. Please call 262-1701 if you have questions
  • All Havre Job Service workshops are canceled through the end of March
  • North Central Montana Transit will not be in operation until at least April 11
  • The Dugout indoor softball, and baseball training facility will be closed until further notice
