(Havre) The Salvation Army Emergency Services Center started accepting applications Monday, February 12th for their Easter Food Baskets for low income/needy families.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Trina Crawford, Executive Director with the Salvation Army’s ESC to find out what each basket will have in it.
“So generally theirs would be a holiday meal, I don’t know for sure. Food Bank is the one that does all of that, it’s just generally a holiday meal, where you’re going to have a meat, just generally a holiday meal. Generally we get meat, some sort of potato, we give vegetables, we give fruit and there’s generally some kind of a desert”
