Veterans Affairs Holding Outreach Throughout April

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Throughout April, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs Division will be visiting numerous locations in north-central Montana to meet with Veterans interested in applying for benefits.

Those interested in applying are asked to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, the DD 214’s, with them. Facemasks are also required.

Below is the April schedule:

  • Wednesday, April 7th: Shelby Courthouse from 9:30-11:30 AM, County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30-3:30 PM
  • Thursday, April 8th: New Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9-11 AM
  • Wednesday, April 14th: Glasgow VA Clinic from 1-4 PM
  • Thursday, April 15th: Malta City Hall from 9:30-11:30 AM

Veteran Service Officers will visit Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Centers, as well as Veterans in Big Sandy and Hays, by appointment only.
