Chinook Community Chest Fund Drive Will be Wednesday

CHINOOK, Mont. (NMB) – A Community Chest Fund Drive will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at 5:30PM at the Chinook Girl Scout House. A press release says that the purpose of the Chinook Community Chest is to alleviate each organization from going door to door soliciting donations.

The drive provides local funding for the Boys and Girls Scouts, the Food Pantry, AAU Wrestling, Youth Baseball and Softball, Youth Soccer, the Children’s Theater, Swim Team and PAWS.

As in the past, the drive headquarters will be the Girl Scout House at the Sweet Park. Please be ready for the volunteer who will stop by your house on the evening of Wednesday. If you are not home, an envelope will be left for you.
