2024 MHSA State Class ‘C’ Basketball Tournament (All Games Being Played at the Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls)

Wed 3/6 The No. 1 seed out of the Northern C and undefeated Box Elder boys basketball team will open their state tournament bid with a game around 7:30pm against Harrison.

Thur 3/7 The Big Sandy girls basketball team comes in as the No. 2 seed out of the Northern C and will take on Twin Bridges in opening round action around 1:30pm.

If Box Elder wins on Wednesday night, the Bears will take on the winner of Harlowton-Ryegate and Plentywood and the loser will face the loser of that game. Loser-out takes place at 10:30am Thursday morning, while winners play at 8pm Thursday night.

All State C games will be broadcast on KPQX-92.5FM and HiLineToday.com with Noah Friedman on the call from Great Falls

Chinook High School

The Lady Beeters basketball team (22-2) beat Poplar Monday night and are on to state. They are the No. 2 seed out of the North and their first round matchup will be against the No. 2 seed out of the South in the Baker Lady Spartans (19-4). The game will take place on Thursday around 5pm.

Havre High School

The basketball teams will be at the MHSA State A Basketball Tournament at the Butte Civic Center this week

Thur 3/7 The No. 1 seeded Blue Pony girls’ basketball team faces No. 4 out of the west Browning around 1:30pm. The Havre boys will follow around 5pm, taking on Hamilton.
