(FinCEN) In a new update from federal court decisions, the Beneficial Ownership Information requirement is once again not required to be filled out by businesses.
As previously reported by New Media Broadacasters, federal Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements have been the subject of fast moving news; as of this airing and until or unless courts decide differently, farmers are no longer at risk of penalty for not complying with the Corporate Transparency Act’s deadline.
This is the second major decision on this matter in under a week. Many tax and finance professionals suggest that those who may have had to file the BOI still make arrangements to do so in the event the deadline once again becomes enforceable.
