Skylights Head coach Chris Mouat said Kunze will fill an immediate need for the team. “We recruited her last year we really wanted her she’s a good player. She’s undersized but can really play in the post, finishes around the rim, very athletic rebounder and just does a lot. She’s a very just a quality kid and you know MSU Billings had a nice year, and she was a big part of that, so we were thrilled. Just looking forward to having her close to home you know, she’s from Malta which is not too far down the road and I’m looking forward to having her and her family and fans here.”

In her junior MSU-Billings Kunze started four games and averaged 4.8 pints while shooting 58% from the field.  In two seasons at Williston state Kunze averaged 15 points at 8 rebounds.
