Missoula, MT – The University of Montana Women’s basketball program has hired a first at their position in the Grizz athletic department.
Tanner Lind, a Missoula native who grew up a block from campus has now been named the Director of Player Development for Griz women’s basketball. His development training focuses on skills, confidence and basketball IQ.
Tanner has 15 years of basketball training experience combined between Missoula and the Salt Lake City (SLC), Utah area. Lind founded “Lace “Em Up Basketball” and now owns multiple training facilities in the SLC area.
In his time as a trainer Tanner has worked with players ranging from youth to NBA and oversees pros including Clevland Cavaliers guard and former Utah State aggie Sam Merrill, and Utah basketball legend Jordan Loveridge.
Lind has returned home to help build a program he grew up rooting to win every game.
