A Great Falls lottery player is more than a quarter-million dollars richer today.
The Montana Lottery announced that a winning Montana Cash ticket worth over 251,000 dollars was claimed on September 21st. The lucky ticket was purchased at Schulte’s 39th Street Store and Coffee House in Great Falls.
That massive payout makes up the bulk of the 373,000 dollars in high-tier lottery prizes awarded across the state over the last week, which also included major wins in Bozeman and Billings. Since its inception, the Montana Lottery has awarded more than 1.2 billion dollars in total prizes.
