(Washington D.C.) – United States Department of Transportation Director Sean P. Duffy announced on Monday that the Build American Bureau is awarding the Chippewa Cree Tribe and Fort Belknap Indian Community grants through the Rural and Tribal Assistance Program.
The Fort Belknap Indian Community is receiving One Million four hundred and sixy five thousand dollars for the Route 11 Rehabilitation project. The award will support pre development activities on this project.
The Chippewa Cree Tribe is receiving $741,000 for the Rocky Boy Agency Street Rehabilitation Project. This award will support design, planning and engineering services to rehabilitate intersections at Rocky Boy Agency.
