HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – On Saturday after Thanksgiving, the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Community Tree Lighting festivities at the Town Square. Executive Director Jody Olsen says Santa will make an appearance and the Salvation Army will be serving hot chocolate.
“The Polar Plunge is at 3:30. The Santa Run is at 4:30. Milk and cookies for all the kids in town and they’ll receive a little gift and get to talk to Santa and that’s going to be at the Eagles Club this year at 4:30. And then everybody will come together at the tree lighting at the Town Square at 5 o’clock.”
They will also have the Super Certificate Drawings Saturday evening and the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line will be hosting their annual Festival of Trees that Saturday, November 24th as well.
