Girl’s Death at Boarding School Under Investigation

THOMPSON FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana State News Bureau reports that state officials are conducting an investigation after a 17-year-old girl is believed to have died by suicide on June 25th at a therapeutic boarding school near Thompson Falls.

Staff of the school found the girl hanging outside Reflections Academy, which has two dozen beds for “troubled” teenage girls.

The investigation is being conducted by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services
