(Rocky Boy) – The C and C Markets on the Rocky Boys Indian Reservation recently received grant funding from the Montana Department of Commerce for repairs. Calvin Jillot member of the Chippewa Cree Business Committee explains how these markets are helping lower the unemployment rate on the reservation.
“With both of these stores, they’ve done an amazing job on increasing employment providing more job opportunities. That’s helped knock that unemployment rate down and provide more people opportunity to feed their families.”
