(Havre) – The Havre Fire Department has issued an advisory to exercise caution this 4th of July when setting off fireworks and to follow the City of Havre’s ordinances for the use of fireworks.
This means fireworks may be discharged July 2nd to July 4th from the hours of 8AM to midnight, skyrockets, roman candles and bottle rockets are not allowed, Children 7 and under must be under supervision of a parent or guardian, the discharge of fireworks in City parks is not allowed, and anyone leave debris from discharged fireworks will be cited for littering.
The Havre Fire Department advises that the best way to safely enjoy fireworks this 4th of July is to watch the public displays conducted by professionals.
