(Havre) – The Hill County Park Board met for their regular monthly meeting on Monday night in Havre.
The Lodge Planning Committee reported that no bids had come in for the Lodge by the posted deadline. However Chair Jeff Jensen reported that a local architect is partnering with a firm from Billings to submit a proposal to the board.
The board voted to set a new policy for public comment at meetings People who would like to speak about items on the agenda will receive one minute to speak and if they are speaking on non agenda items they will receive three minutes.
In other business, the Hill County Park Board approved the Havre Chamber of Commerce’s request to utilize Beaver Creek Park for part of the Bear Paw Marathon on June 3rd.
