(Missoula) The Montana Digital Academy has released an Artificial Intelligence Planning Guide, a document that outlines AI integration into school classrooms for student and teacher use.

New Media Broadcasters spoke with Jason Neiffer, Executive Director of the Montana Digital Academy, to find out more information on the document, and their goals for it.

“The key goal of the guide is to start conversations in schools about how they might embrace AI in their institutions whether it’s in the classroom or it’s in administrative positions or business operations. I strongly believe that generative artificial intelligence is likely to have is likely to have a very very large impact, not just on educations but really our economy and our work force, and I’d like to give an advantage to Montana schools that want to step forward to be ahead of the curve.”
