(Bozeman) – Montana Shakespeare in the Parks have announced two plays for this year as part if its longest summer tour to date.
The 51st season of Shakespeare in the Parks, an outreach program of MSU’s College of Arts and Archetecture, will perform ‘Measure for Measure’, and an adaptation of ‘The Three Musketeers’, a new addition to the SIP repertoire.
The tour begins over June 14-17 with performances of Measure for Measure in Bozeman. The Three Musketeers will then take the stage June 21-24. All performances to begin at 8pm at the MSU Grove.
From there, the troupe will run 78 shows over three months. More than 60 communities will host Shakespeare in the Parks across Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Washington. Plays will be performed in public spaces and will be free and open to the public.
