HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – North 40 Outfitters confirms it will relocate in to the former Kmart building in Havre. The sale is final and a press release says that a full remodel process will begin immediately. However, relocation and opening dates have not been set, though a tentative opening is planned for late in 2019. This timeline is subject to change.
The current retail space at North 40 in Havre is about 48,000 square feet and the new location is more than 91,000 square feet. This relocation will allow for an expanded assortment in all categories, including farm, ranch, clothing, footwear, automotive, tools, pet, lawn & garden, hardware, and sporting goods.
In addition to the store size and product expansions, North 40 Outfitters will be investing locally in additional staff to help run and maintain this store.
North 40 Outfitters, formerly known as Big R Stores, has maintained a product line focused on farm and ranch needs. They currently have ten stores, with two in Montana.
