CARBON COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Robertson Draw Fire burning south of Red Lodge is up to 69 percent contained as of Tuesday morning, with the size of the fire remaining at just under 30,000 acres.
Fire crews are working to continue to improve containment, and there were no reports of new fire starts on Monday. 175 personnel are on the scene and air support will be available as needed for inaccessible areas.
The Bureau of Land Management is assuming management of the fire from the Northern Rockies Incident Mangement team beginning Wednesday morning.
