Havre, MT – Skylights volleyball had last week off but begins conference play on Friday.
After only six non-conferences games Montana State University-Northern volleyball gets set to for a long conference schedule. the schedule will northern volleyball playing 22 conference games before any possible post season play begins.
The schedule includes four teams that are currently ranked in the NAIA top-25 and three more teams that are receiving votes in the top-25. Skylights head coach Jerry Wagner said that improvement for his team against a tough schedule lies in the details.
“Theres some specific small things that could make a big difference in each individual’s game which will help the team.” Coach Wagner said.
Some good news for Skylights volleyball this week is the return to the court for Lexa Stock after she suffered an injury in the alumni scrimmage.
Skylights Conference opener at Rocky Mountain College begins at 6p.m. Friday night and the Skylights take on Carroll at 1p.m. on Saturday.
