The Havre Soup Kitchen has big plans. Scott Schepp the Director of the Soup Kitchen explains the new plans.
“Well, we would like to build a new soup kitchen and a new food bank as well and have them next to each other but separate buildings so that we can cooperate together. It would be better for the community because they would be centrally located.”– Scott Schepp
Scott continues to explain what the soup kitchen needs to complete their new facility.
“Basically, we need funding to make that happen and we would need a lot of community support to make that happen. I have reached out to Bear Paw Development and the Mayor and HRDC and it’s definitely doable, and we’re going to do our best to make something happen there.” – Scott Schepp
