(Billings) A Billings man admitted to a sex trafficking crime after he was accused of offering to provide a minor girl alcohol in exchange for sex, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.
The defendant, Joshua Allen Morgan, 40, pleaded guilty to attempted sex trafficking of a minor. Morgan faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and five years to a lifetime of supervised release.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, the parties agree that a sentence of no less than 15 years in prison is appropriate.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan presided.
