BLAINE COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – Both Blaine and Chouteau Counties confirmed new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend.
On Saturday, Chouteau County confirmed their seventh case of COVID-19. No other details were released. Four of the seven Chouteau County cases remain active, which means the Governor’s mask directive is now in effect.
Blaine County reported one new case of the virus on Sunday, related to travel to an area with community transmission. All active cases in the county are isolated and contact tracing is complete. Contacts have been tested and quarantined.
Blaine County has reported nine cases of COVID-19. Two remain active.
