Havre, MT – In the midst of his first offseason with Montana State University-Northern football, Lights offensive coordinator, Coach K, has been implementing a foundation and building strong relationships with the team in the weight room and on the practice field.
“When you’re not in spring football there are restrictions to what we can and can’t do. Winter strength and conditioning was really really big to get acquainted with the guys. it was really important for them to bond together and fight through adversity and ultimately work with each other to learn the offense.”
Coach K joins the lights after one season at Sacramento State as the wide receiver’s coach and a stop as a graduate assistant at San Jose State. You can listen to full interview with coach K on the sports podcasts section of our website.
