(Fort Benton) Fort Benton is hosting its annual Summer Celebration. It begins on Friday, June 28th through Sunday, June 30th. The festivities draw crowds from far and wide, boasting events like a parade, street dances with live music, art vendors, street food, and much more.
Event coordinators warned in a Facebook post that this year, they’ve received some reports of scammers posing as the official team attempting to levy a fee for a vendor spot, car show spot, parade entry, or other participation in the festivities.
Personnel said that they will never message someone directly about anything like that, and that they contact only through phone, email, or the dedicated Summer Celebration Facebook page.
