The items were produced on October 27th, 2023, and October 30th, 2023. The problem was discovered after the company notified FSIS that it had received consumer complaints reporting that pieces of bone were found in the turkey product.
The items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. There has been one report of a minor oral injury associated with consumption of this product. FSIS says anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
