Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks will host a Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) ice fishing class on January 19 and 20. The event is intended for new & novice ice fisherwomen 18 and older.
The event will be held in Helena, with a Friday evening classroom workshop to cover the basics of ice fishing and gear. Saturday morning, participants will head out on the ice for fishing. Activity will be determined based on safe ice and weather conditions.
Registration opens at 9am Saturday, January 6, and will continue until 5p Thursday January 18.
