Great Falls absconder arrested in Hill County

(Hill County) The Great Falls Police Department said on Saturday, that Eric Rogers, an absconder from Great Falls violating a protection order, is now in custody.

The Montana Department of Corrections says that Rogers has felony convictions in Cascade County for robbery and accountability for aggravated assault.

He was a passenger in a vehicle on the Rocky Boy reservation when tribal police performed a traffic stop on the driver.

Rogers is now in the custody of Hill County Sheriff’s Office, according to a press release.
