(Havre) The Hi-Line Arts Council recently announced their first “Final Friday and Art Alley Spring Celebration” event, scheduled for Friday May 30th.
The Hi-Line Arts Council says that this will also be the beginning of a new celebration tradition, in which the final Friday of each month from June through August will offer extended hours from local businesses to offer an evening of shopping, live music and community building.
