Hill County Commission Passes Two Resolutions of Intent

(Havre) – The Hill County Commissioners met for the weekly business meeting, Thursday Morning at the Hill County Courthouse.

The Commissioners passed two resolutions of intent at the meeting. The first resolution is a request from Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks for a zoning change for property from Agricultural to Residential Two. This is for the new headquarters FWP is planning on building in Havre.

The second resolution of intent passed on Thursday, was from Mountain View Co-Op for a zoning change from Agricultural to Commercial for a new facility then plan on building east of Havre.

The public now has thirty days to comment on either of the resolutions of intent, then the commission will take a final vote on the zoning change requests. You can submit your written comments via postal mail or in person at the Hill County Commissioners Office.
