HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – With the holidays approaching, Havre’s Salvation Army and Food Bank are helping those in need by providing Christmas Food Boxes. Director of the Havre Service Center, Trina Crawford says that those who have signed up for the Giving Tree program or the food boxes can pick up those items next Thursday.
“We’re going to have the Christmas food basket and Giving Tree distributions. The dates of the distribution this year are going to be the 20th of December between 1 and 3. The food will be distributed at the Food Bank and the gifts will be distributed at the front of the thrift store.”
Havre’s Salvation Army is in need of donations for their Red Kettle Program to reach their goal of $28,000. For more information, call the Salvation Army at 265-6411.
