(Billings) – Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks has reopened Holmgren Fishing Access Site for public use. The site had been closed since June 30th for use by assessment and clean-up crews following the train derailment and the railroad bridge collapse at Twin Bridges Road near reed point on June 24th.
Clean-up and assessment crews will now be using Riverside Park in Laurel as a staging area but the site remains open for public use. The boat ramp at Itch-Kep-Pe Park has also been reopened for public use.
