(Havre) – Today is Earth Day. The Montana Department of Environmental Quality offers a recycling and disposal program for junk vehicles. Trevor Mork, Public Works Director for the City Of Havre explains what this program does.
“If the owner of that vehicle wants free towing and recycling of that it just has to be a ruined, discarded, inoperable vehicle.”
