(Helena) Representatives from the Attorney General’s Office, Office of Public Instruction, and the State Auditor’s Office completed the canvassing after 5 p.m. on Thursday evening, declaring the election results “official”
In accordance with Montana law, the Board of State Canvassers declared that the candidates receiving the highest number of votes cast during the June 4th Primary Election have been nominated and will advance to the General Election.
County canvassing procedures were completed earlier this month.
