(Chinook) The Serving of Hope fund, a benefactor for The Northern Montana Health Care Foundation, recently received a donation of over 7 thousand dollars during a fundraising event in Chinook.
“The Serving of Hope” fund was created in 2009 when the “Men Who Cook for Women Who Wine” event was looking for a new cause to support, and since then they’ve paid out over 300 thousand dollars to patients who have to travel for a serious medical condition.
Northern Montana Healthcare says plans are underway to not only hold the daffodil fundraiser again next year, but perhaps branch out to assist other organizations with the funds raised.
