Kansas City, Mo – The NAIA released its latest coach’s rankings Wednesday, and 6 Frontier Conference teams are ranked or receiving votes (RV).
MSU-Northen skylights Volleyball are receiving votes for the second straight poll, this time with four voting points. Northern is 15-9 overall and 13-5 in conference play this season. The skylights are at third place in Frontier standings
The University of Providence Argos have claimed the number spot in the top 25 for the first time in school history. Providence has an overall record of 25-1 overall and 18-0 in conference. UP secured 502 voting points and are only a few wins away from a Frontier regular season title.
Bellevue is the only other officially ranked team remaining at number 7. Bellevue is second in the Frontier standings at 16-2 and 20-3 overall. The Bruins secured 415 voting points and on a 10 game win streak.
Dakota State, Montana Tech and Carroll are the three other teams receiving votes in the poll.
The Skylights will play both Bellevue and Dakota State on the road this Friday and Saturday.
