HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The suspended sentence for a Hill County man convicted of felony assault with a weapon in 2018 has been revoked.
Triston Alexander Ehry, born in 1998, was originally given an eight year suspended sentence.
However, after being found in violation of his release conditions, he was resentenced last week to eight years in the Department of Corrections, with two suspended.
Ehry will receive credit for 572 days previously served in jail and 291 days of street time.
The decision was handed down by Judge Kaydee Snipes-Ruiz in Hill County District Court.
Ehry’s Probation Officers had stated that he had been trying to make his whereabouts unknown and failed to comply with required monitoring.
