Utah man sentenced for defrauding Montana employer.

(Helena) A Utah man who admitted to embezzling approximately 700 thousand dollars from a Montana company was sentenced to 21 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release.

The defendant, 50-year-old Thomas Lynn Syddall worked for a company owned by Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co. in Montana, pled guilty to wire fraud and money laundering in October.
