GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has set 11 January meeting dates for Region 4 to discuss the tentative hunting regulations for the 2020 and 2021 hunting seasons.
All meetings start at 7 PM. Meetings in our area include January 6 at the CJI High School Auditorium in Chester and at the United Methodist Church in Winnett. Other meetings include January 9 at Stanford City Hall, January 13 at the Glacier Electric Building in Cut Bank, January 14 at the Bureau of Land Management Field Office in Lewistown, and January 15 at the Ambulance Barn in Great Falls.
These tentative rules are available for review and comment at fwp.mt.gov. They include statewide and local regulations for antelope, black bear, deer, elk, moose and mountain goat.
FWP will consider public comments before making final decisions at its Feb. meeting in Helena.
