DODSON, Mont. (NMB) – The 104th annual Phillips County Fair kicks off in Dodson on Thursday with entry day for the 4-H and open class exhibits, as well as the carnival opening that evening. Phillips County Fair Board Member Eric Wilkie says that on Saturday, they will have AMX races, the demolition derby, and a street dance. Friday night will be their concert.

“Friday night is our big concert. We have Casey Donahew is going to perform first. That starts at 7 o’clock and that’s going to be followed by the Randy Rogers Band. So, it’s a co-headlining event. Both bands will play a full concert, so, it will be a very fun night of music.”

“Sunday is our last day. That is our Indian Relay Races. All of that starts off Sunday morning with the heat qualifiers and the kids race. And then we’ll have our youth rodeo at about 1:30 in the afternoon. And then at 5 o’clock will be the memorial races and chariot race, the Calcutta and then the consolation championship of the Indian Relay Races.”
