Lodgepole Man Found Guilty of Domestic Abuse

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – A Lodgepole man was recently found guilty of domestic abuse by habitual offender after a three day trial in U.S. District Court in Great Falls. Sentencing for Jeremy Davis Wing has been set for March 5th.

Court documents say that on May 20th, 2018, Wing assaulted a woman with which he was cohabitating after having been convicted of at least two separate, prior domestic assaults.

The jury was initially unable to reach a unanimous verdict, but was urged by the court to return to deliberations for a reasonable period of time in an effort to reach a verdict. After two more hours, the jury returned with a guilty verdict.
