(Havre) – The Hill County Commission met on Thursday with a light agenda. The commission voted 2-0 on the proposed extension services agreement between Montana State University – Extension and Hill County.
The commission unanimously approved a request from the Clerk and Recorder’s Office for a $1,500 contract with Tyler Technologies for the Docupro software in the office. During this transition the Clerk and Recorders office will not be able to provide the public with requested documents for a couple of days. Those dates are still to be determined.
Finally, Commission Chair Jake Strissel announced that a public hearing for the Fiscal Year 27 budget will be taking place from 8am until 5pm on Monday August 31st. The Fiscal Year 27 budget will be on the agenda to be approved at the September 3rd Commissioners meeting.
The Hill County Commission’s business meeting are every Thursday at 2pm in the commissioners office at the Hill County Courthouse.
