
GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – Cascade County has reported their first COVID-19 related death.
The Cascade City-County Health Department says the individual was a woman over the age of 65 with underlying health conditions.
Out of respect for the family, no further details will be released.
The death was one of three due to COVID-19 reported on Friday in Montana. The others were in Toole and Yellowstone counties.
There have now been 10 confirmed COVID-19 related deaths in Montana. Four of those have been Toole County residents.
13 Cascade County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. 9 have recovered.
