
ROCKY BOY, Mont. (NMB) – The Rocky Boy Health Center announced on Friday afternoon that they had confirmed five new cases of COVID-19.
The Rocky Boy Health Center has now confirmed 33 total COVID-19 cases. 27 are active and six have recovered.
All positives are reported to either Hill or Chouteau County, as well as state of Montana, who then report to the public.
Also on Friday afternoon, Chippewa Cree Incident Command announced that the Reservation will not be under a lockdown this weekend.
However, the stay-at-home order and 10 PM curfew remain in place.
This means Rocky Boy residents are able to leave their home, but only for food, essential supplies, medical attention, or appointments.
The Reservation has set up isolation centers for those that need to shelter away from their family.
Anyone directed by Rocky Boy Health Center to quarantine or isolate that is spotted in public is subject to fines or jail time.
