Bullock Appoints Locals to Statewide Boards and Committees

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – On Friday, Governor Steve Bullock announced another round of appointments to statewide boards, councils and committees.

Ernie Johnson of Chinook was re-appointed to the Montana Alfalfa Seed Committee. Johnson grows alfalfa seeds on his farm in Blaine County. His first three-year term will conclude on December 1st.

John Murray of Browning was appointed to the Burial Preservation Board. Murray is the Blackfeet Tribal Historic Preservation Officer.

Richard Parenteau of Great Falls was re-appointed to the Burial Preservation Board. Parenteau is a Little Shell Tribal Councilman whose two-year term had expired on September 1st.
