HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – ServeMontana, the Governor’s Office of Community Service, is seeking honest and anonymous input from Montanans of all ages and backgrounds via their online Community Needs Assessment.
Responses to the survey help craft the State Service Plan, which guides the path for Americorps national service in Montana for the next three years. The assessment covers focus areas such as Economic Opportunity, American Indian Affairs, Education, Healthy Futures, Veterans and Military Families, Montanans Age 55+, and Land and Natural Resources.
Respondents can choose up to three pressing needs within each focus area, identifying specific concerns such as suicide prevention, tribal language preservation, and affordable health care.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.
