Havre, MT – Throughout the summer new Montana State University-Northern offensive coordinator Coach K knew that the better he knows his players the better they can become as a unit.
“The beautiful thing about this game of football is that it brings people together. Coach Souers did an activity basically where everyone got in their position group and talked about a moment of adversity.” Coach K shared with NBM Sports after Monday’s practice.
“Me and my receivers got together, and I spilled my heart out to them, and they spilt their heart out to me. Doing those kinds of things has gotten us to get closer and gotten us to get to know each other.”
He continued to give credit to the type of people Coach Souers recruits to his program.
“I’m very blessed to be in a program that is led by Coach Jerome Souers who has recruited the right kids and built the right program, and we plan to win the right way.”
Coach K will lead his offense on to the field at Carroll Thursday August 27. At 6p.m.
