POLSON, Mont. (NMB) – A fast-moving wildfire northeast of Polson destroyed around 20 homes over the weekend.
As of Monday, the Boulder 2700 fire near Finley Point was estimated at over 1,100 acres.
It is believed to have been human caused, but that remains under investigation.
The Red Cross has set up an evacuation center at the Linderman Gymnasium in Polson.
