National Guard Called Into Billings Clinic Due to COVID Surge

BILLINGS, Mont. (NMB) – The Billings Gazette reports that the National Guard is being brought into the Billings Clinic to help deal with the current surge of COVID-19 cases.

This is the second time the National Guard has been called to the Clinic since the pandemic began. They will  help ease staffing shortages, and are anticipated to arrive within the next two weeks.

The Clinic had 44 active COVID-related hospitalizations as of Monday and has postponed all non-medically necessary procedures.
